📅 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed once the company has received the initial deposit as per the specified tour package. All payments must be made according to our Payment Policy.

❌ Cancellation Terms

• 💸 25% Advance Token Amount: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
• 🕒 Within 15 Days of Travel: 50% of the package amount is non-refundable.
• 🚫 No Show: Treated as cancellation; advance payments are non-refundable.
• 📧 Cancellation Notice: Must be submitted in writing (email acceptable).

⚠️ Special Cases

In case of instant death, the company may refund the advance amount after deducting applicable service charges. (A valid death certificate is required.)

📝 Important Notes

• 💼 Package prices may change due to hotel/transport/tax hikes.
• 📃 Only services in the booking voucher will be provided.
• 🎁 Complimentary services, if unavailable, are not refundable.
• 🧾 Service charges and tax are separate.

🔄 Amendment Policy (Prepone/Postpone)

• 📧 Request changes at least 7 days before travel via email.
• 🎫 One-time change allowed free; subsequent changes incur fees.
• 💰 Service provider amendment fees (if any) will be deducted.
• 📆 All amendments depend on availability and seasonal pricing.

📌 Additional Guidelines

• ⛔ No changes within 7 days unless due to weather/strike.
• 🗓️ Advance payment valid for 1 year for rescheduling.
• 🔁 Booking can be transferred to relatives/friends.
• 🗺️ Company may rearrange sightseeing if necessary.
• 🆕 Mid-tour changes treated as new bookings with extra charges.
